I would be down for RP, but I dun internet much anymore.

One of the most vexing aspects of the RPs that I used to play in was the difficulty in matching up rp styles. Some people were very structured, setting rules for their characters and trying to keep the rping within those guidelines. Others were power players, who tended to start escalating the power levels of the rp beyond the starting guidelines by trying to circumvent them. Then you have the god-moders, who, no matter the power level or situation, always had some sort of power or ability that trumped it (which usually manifested right then).

I fall into the structured category, and as some on the forums can remember, dealing with power players and god-moders sometimes drove me nuts. I'd be more than happy to get into an online rp again, provided we could all agree on the guidelines and stick to them. Having an interesting topic would be nice too.

I'd fall into the ... I don't give a shit category... who likes to post voluminous details about it. Oh snaps! I was killed on page three? well then the volumes of my spirits travails will continue till page five. It's too bad that so many people want to have the top spot... kinda kills the rest of the story, eh?

Edit: it also sucks that so few have the literary skills in order to continue a story by typing out said responses on a forum.
